Is there any obligation when I reach out?
No. A first conversation is about understanding your situation and answering your questions — there's no obligation to apply or move forward.
Should I apply or schedule a call first?
Either works. If you're ready to move forward, you can start a pre-approval application directly. If you'd rather talk through your situation first, scheduling a consultation is a great starting point.
Do you work with Realtors, not just buyers?
